Job Opportunity – Paralegal
We are searching for a Paralegal – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide legal support to the General Counsel in the Legal Department, the Manager of the Legal Department, and other attorneys with contracting needs, with a primary focus on supporting the contract review and approval process, including drafting contracts, management of the workflows, coordination of documents and obtaining signatures. Duties will also include performing legal research and writing, drafting of policies and procedures, intellectual property docket management and other duties as directed.
