Job Opportunity – Sr. Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Analyst
With general direction and minimal supervision by the Director, Total Rewards and HRIS, the Senior Total Rewards Analyst will provide counsel and direction on a wide variety of compensation and benefit matters. Contributes to the design, development, execution and communication of THP’s total rewards programs, tools, policies and processes. Conducts internal equity reviews, measures external competitiveness and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provides guidance and assistance to less experience HR personnel.
